Magnesium + arnica butter
This duo is truly amazing. Magnesium can help soothe aches and pains, reduce cramping, relax the muscles and the mind, and improve sleep, among many other benefits. Arnica is an amazing plant that stimulates the capillaries and increases the blood flow, which reduces swelling, eases pain, and diminishes bruises. One teaspoon of this butter will provide approximately 100 mg of magnesium, and unmeasurable peace.
Ingredients: magnesium oil, arnica infused sweet almond oil, mango butter, beeswax, peppermint and lavender essential oils.
Apply it on any sore muscles (or right after a workout, to help with muscle recovery). Rub some on the soles of your feet, then put on some socks. Your feet will be soft in the morning, and you'll be getting your daily dose of magnesium! Also, massaging magnesium butter on your abdomen daily before bed may help you fall (and stay) asleep.
